Steel Stem Fixing Castors – Video

This is our zinc plated, pressed steel stem fixing series. Stem fixing castors are mainly designed for picking trolleys, warehouse trolleys, manual handling equipment,   as well as many more.

Our range of stem fixing castors are assembled in house with full quality checks being carried out before despatch.

Stem fixing castors are only available in a single bolt and are manufactured from pressed zinc plated steel.  These stem fixing castors come with either a single or double ball race fitting within the head of the swivel and swivel braked options to ease manoeuvrability under load.

As standard, we offer the choice of nine different wheel materials, Nylon, 75 shore A Blue Rubber. 65 shore A Blue rubber, 65 shore Black rubber, 55 shore a Black rubber, Cast iron, 92 shore A Red polyurethane, 96 shore A brown polyurethane on nlyon and 96 shore A brown polyurethane on cast iron.

Wheel types are available in 35, 75, 80, 100 and 125mm diameter with load ratings varying from 100 to 250kg and stems fitting options in M10, M12 and M16.

The wheels offered come either as a plain bore or the option of being fitted with a roller or ball journal bearing dependant on your application or requirement.
